With more than 30 years of experience in the audio/video and home integration industry, Chris brings deep technical knowledge and a customer-first approach to every project. As a System Designer at Take 5 Audio he specializes in creating customized entertainment and automation solutions that reflect each client’s vision and lifestyle.

Chris conducts on-site surveys for both new construction and renovation projects, translating client goals into thoughtful system designs and detailed proposals. He works closely with builders, architects, and interior designers to ensure every project achieves the perfect balance of performance, aesthetics, and practicality.

Known for his professionalism and collaborative spirit, Chris is a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues—supporting installation teams, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technology trends and continually refining his approach to system design and customer experience.

With 28 years at Take 5 Audio, Bob has grown alongside the evolution of home entertainment, curating gear, guiding clients, and managing operations with a passion for excellence. As Overall Manager, buyer, and sales, he oversees everything from product selection to client experience, ensuring every system we deliver is immersive, intuitive, and unforgettable.

Bob's specialty is high-performance video and home theater design. He love helping clients transform their spaces into cinematic escapes, whether it’s a sleek media room or a full-scale theater. He take pride in making the process smooth, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s vision.

Outside of work, Bob is a dedicated landscape photographer. Capturing nature’s beauty keeps him inspired.

Sales & Operations

Bob Zinno oversees sales and administrative operations at Take 5 Audio, maintaining long-term client relationships while developing new business opportunities. Working closely with Dean Sr., he focuses on ensuring every project meets the highest standards of service and design.

Bob began his career in the music industry in 1981 before expanding into high-end audio and video. He owned and operated two A/V retail locations in Waterbury and later co-owned Boomer McLOUD, a car-audio franchise that grew to 103 locations across the Northeast.

He enjoys collaborating with clients to create seamless systems that enhance their homes and lifestyles — especially projects where technology blends effortlessly into the design. Known for his consultative approach, Bob takes time to understand each client’s goals and present solutions that fit both their vision and budget.

Outside of work, Bob is an avid golfer, a former professional musician, and a lifelong lover of great sound and good company.
